Irteqa Khan is a Muslim-Canadian poet of Pakistani heritage who lives in the prairies & studies History. Her writing has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and appears in Rigorous, The Brown Orient, L’Éphémère Review, and Spring Magazine among others, and is forthcoming in Half a Grapefruit Magazine. After graduating, she plans to publish a debut chapbook that smells foreign, tastes warm, and sounds ferocious.
